"1st account closed do to no money going in and out for a year during covid. 2nd account closed bc money not going into it for 5 months bc i work a seasonal job. i stated this upon opening and they said it wouldn't be a problem and my account wont close. they said they contacted me but no phone calls no mail and no email exists. have fun with your layoffs that are about to happen bc of the state of banks. dont worry im sure you will use tax money to dig yourselves out again thanks to you know who."

"Consistent customer service since I opened account many years ago. There is barely any turnover, so you really get to know the staff and they get to know you.
