"Love that there are 2 playgrounds next to each other! However, it needs some SERIOUS landscaping attention inside as there are lots of weeds/prickers growing especially in the swings sections. Another mom who was there told me it used to be much more kept and even called the township to complain. I did enjoy that there are tables under a pavilion to get out of the sun. And happy to see trees growing near the playground too to provide future shade. A long walk to/from the parking lot but overall my kids enjoyed their time here. We hope to return in the future but hopefully after it's been refreshed."
"Walking trail here is pretty good and is well paved in the main park area, which includes probably at least a mile of park. If you continue down the trail by the adjacent farm, the paving does run out. The park is also on a hill so the up and down is a little more physically challenging than just walking on a flat route."
"Nice park layout. Played for the (free!) Summer Concert Series in the bandshell. Stage is well-lit and not too high, it also has a ramp for ease of loading & unloading gear. Very helpful staff!"
"The only thing missing from this park is handicap playground access and equipment. This park connects by a trail to Copeland Park (where there is softball field and soccer fields and a basketball court). This park has two baseball fields, a soccer field, tennis courts and a walking trail. The park has a large sandbox and two playgrounds but niether are handicapped accessible. The park has bathrooms , a picnic pavillion, a gazebo, and an ampitheater where they hold free concerts in the summer. The addition of birdhouses along the treeline and some butterfly gardens would make this park outstanding."
