"A beautiful store with lovely gifts. However, the shopping experience itself was not as pleasant as it could have been. The owner, follows you around the store, not really allowing you to look and pushing the products upon you, whether you want them or not. I did purchase a gift and asked for the gift wrapping, the same woman was just awful and the wrapping was pathetic. I had to redo it when I got home, the two younger sales people at the store were absolutely wonderful despite the owner treating them disgracefully.."

"Shopping here is really uncomfortable. The moment you walk in, you're asked what you're looking for and practically aren't allowed to browse the store. The older woman, who I now gather is the owner, just hounds you and starts showing you things even after you've expressed that what she's showing you is not what you're looking for. It's an entirely awkward, unenjoyable shopping experience and not for me."

"Very pushy and uncomfortable experience with the employees here (two older white wonen). Was shopping for a formal dress for my baby and immediately followed by two women working there, who proceeded to show me several dresses as if I could not browse through them and touch them myself. I got the impression they felt I couldn’t afford their clothes (which is just not the case). When I didn’t like the dresses and wanted something more elegant (vs the sparkly tuile dress they showed me), they seemed personally offended and insisted that the brand was chosen by the Royal Family. I truly do not care. They did have plenty of nice things in the store but the service alone made me so uncomfortable it’s not worth going back. Which is really saying something as there are hardly any baby stores in the city."

"I stumbled upon these reviews after having just visited the store and purchasing a couple of (very overpriced) outfits for my little ones. I don't think the pricing was unexpected though for a children's boutique. It is interesting to find these reviews, because I too, was followed around the store from the moment I walked in - first by the owner with the glasses, than another store associate. I will say I am a white woman (young). Interesting that most of the negative reviews are from poc. I wonder if the instruction from management (owner) is to follow everyone around the store...it was very uncomfortable. Just sharing my experience - overall did not get any negative energy from them - which it seems has been shared by many poc but was still followed around in an awkward manner. Seems like the store needs to change policies (and apparently deal with their racial biases) to become a more comfortable space for shoppers."
