Dr. Mistler is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and serves as the director of Stroke Services at UPMC McKeesport Hospital. Additionally, he is a clinical assistant professor of Neurology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Mistler earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed both his residency and fellowship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
