"i had a check engine light come on, needed to replace the cam shaft positioning sensor, took my car here and im pretty sure all they did was hook it up to a code reader and turn the code off, i know this because i had done that previously with a code scanner i had at home. sure enough i pick up the car i drive home and check engine light comes on again , i call them and and they tell me that i needed to replace the other cam shaft sensor (the left side one) when the code specifically called for replacement of the right side one. I didnt bother taking the car back, instead took it to the dealership, they replace the part and no problems the car was ok. never went back to top auto again. this happened a while back, i just got around to doing a review"

"Semar was absolutely fabulous, I'm not sure what else to say. My daughter had very specific things on her checklist for her first car that she worked and saved for. She went to several used auto locations for a used car in the $5-10k price range. Top Auto was our first stop, not by choice but chance. We weren't even supposed to be in Quakertown but other events made us start our day there. Long story short, Semar taught my daughter what things to check on used vehicles, he spoke to her like an intelligent adult, not a "dumb woman", every other place we visited didn't come close. Salesmen would speak to me about their inventory even after I would clearly remind them that I'm not buying the car, my daughter is. All the salesmen shook my hand and wished me luck finding her car, non of them spoke to her except Semar, who shook her hand and wished her luck shopping. My daughter purchase a 2009 Hyundai Sonata, it's a used car so that what she prepared herself for. She definitely had peace of mind buying it here, and price was completely in line with local inventory."

"I passed my emissions, but I was failed on my state inspection because of a "worn strut" in the front of my vehicle and a small oil leak in the front of my crank case that has been consistent for 3 years which was said to be a "very bad leak" also not a reason to fail a vehicle for safety. I replaced all my struts last year after being told by this shop that I needed to replace my rears while my rears were still in a good functioning mechanical condition. Ive put about 15,000 miles on this vehicle since my last inspection. I was also told that my rear shoes needed to be replaced soon which I just replaced last November and they are hardly worn. I took my vehicle up the street and had the inspection done with no issues after looking it over for a second time just to make sure I wasn't the crazy one.... I sent a friend to get a car there because I saw some fair prices. The car she got was a Pontiac g6. she broke down on the side of the road the next day. They towed it for her up to their shop, and told her that the car broke down because the gas station gave her bad gas... I thought she was joking with me until one of the service reps said the exact same thing to me. Be careful everyone sunoco is out here selling us bad gas."
