"Mark was completely fantastic! My friend and I were building our first PC and ran into a couple of snags and ended up calling at a somewhat silly hour of the day. Regardless Mark offered to help if we drove out. He was incredibly quick and clean at building, was super friendly, and charged next to nothing.
