"Warehouse employees are great. They were very friendly and loaded me quickly. The women in the office was very rude and not friendly at all. Thankfully the warehouse workers stepped it up and came in the office and did her job as well and got me out of there fast."

"Got there at 9 for 11 am appt. Put into a dock right away. And because my reload was at the same facility they load me up right away. I was out by 10."
"I was told about a delivery 10-2 PM, but they didn't arrive during the designated time slot. There was no phone call, or anything along those lines. I did talk to a bunch of customer reps, who all told me conflicting information, like to expect the delivery from 6-7 PM, which I thought was pretty late. Turns out they returned to the warehouse at 5:30 PM, so no point in waiting. Then, I thought they would attempt to deliver the next day, but turns out I have to schedule it, which they never called me about again.."
