"I came in for a walk in fingerprinting and the staff there was so nice. I came an hour before closing, which is pushing it, but the staff there was very patient with me while they asked me to pull up my confirmation of registration email (originally I made an appointment for later in the month). Not only were they kind, but they also made me feel very welcome. Specifically, Rich did my fingerprinting and he was awesome! I have to get fingerprints done each year for nursing school, and by far this was my best experience. I have never been to an Identogo location before but I highly recommend this one! "I went a few weeks ago to eat my fingerprints done and Rich was very helpful! I was a walk-in and he was able to squeeze me in since an appointment did not show. In and out in 15 minutes and I received my results the next day even though it was expected to take several weeks!"

"I can see that there is a lot of angst about fingerprinting at this location, which makes sense because it is one of the only local sites. To me, this is an Identogo issue that should be addressed by them. Zero local appointments for weeks on end cause people to need to walk-in, and I'm sure it is an overwhelming amount of people for this local business. At first, the staff seemed extremely rude because I was a walk-in for fingerprints (which they do not take). I explained that I understood but was in a serious bind, with an application due and no appointments available. Rich agreed to let me get my fingerprints done if I waited a bit because there was a cancellation. Thank you, Rich."
