"We have contracted with Cabinet World on three different projects; the remodeling of a kitchen, guest bath and game room. From design to installation to follow up, Cabinet World provided excellent customer service and craftsmanship. All of the work was completed as scheduled and in a timely manner. Everyone we encountered was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They ensured that we were satisfied with the work during and after project completion. We obviously have used Cabinet World on multiple occasions and would continue to do so in the future."
"Odd experience. I was working with Cabinet World on my kitchen remodel. The last step they asked me to do was to call their flooring people to pick a floor and to pick a counter top from a fabricator. We did both as asked. It's been over a month since we last heard back. We even tried calling twice to no avail. I guess they have no interest in our remodel. (Was a rather large project)."
"I’m going to give them 5 stars. Only complaint I have is they messed up on scheduling and the project took a long time to complete but it was worth the wait. My new bathroom is exactly what I wanted plus more. I’m so happy with it I’m planning on having them do my kitchen when I’m ready. Plus I really like how they don’t pressure you into using them. No bull. They won’t ask for the remaining balance until the project is complete and you’re fully satisfied."
"I have to give them 2 stars. The guys who installed, John and Ken get 5 stars. We've had nothing but problems. So may items are WRONG! The designer seemed to be in a hurry. I should have walked out but I loved the colors. He ignored me while I looked at hardware, consequently , no hardware (handles) were available when the cabinets were installed. Countertop edges were never discussed. The "designer" just took it upon himself to choose a counter edge for me. If I were you, I'd look elsewhere! The cabinets look beautiful but I am very upset about design services. Disgusted"
