"The employees are great, but the technology and procedures here are antiquated. #1) checks for large amounts should be treated like at any other place (>$10k). I had to leave the drive-up line to come inside to fill out forms saying that they aren’t responsible if anything happens… that’s why I went to the drive-thru in the first place. It drew unnecessary attention to my large amount being deposited. Other patrons were able to listen in and gawk. So dumb. #2) why are we counting cash like it’s 1930. Use the machines. Go to Citadel in Brookhaven. Much nicer."

"Removed overdraft protection from my account. My account was still overdrafted by an automatic bill pay that I did not authorize, and began accumulating fees of upwards of $600 and was never notified by email text or phone. Everytime I made a deposit the bank took my money and continued to charge me. I went in and tried to have them fix the problem and was insulted, called a liar, and was told that I can't scam the bank and then get mad when they don't give me my money back."

"Not a horrible bank but they need to hire some tellers because the waits are horrible ! It’s insane, they have one person working a 3 lane drive thru and wonder why it takes an hour to get to the front of the line. You know they are making enough money."
