McDonald's

"I have lived in Philadelphia my ENTIRE LIFE! This, passed, year was the first, time I recall stopping at this McDonald’s. Due to a coworker mentioning, I did stop and ordered food. He was right. The food was well prepared and remained warm when I got to work. Well. That has ALL CHANGED! Two days straight. I stopped, via, drive through and left after 7 minutes of waiting in car line. Why? Because the first time, I was 5th in line and the line was not moving. I thought, oh well? Everyone has a bad day. The next day, I left home early to order. I was 3rd in line. Waited 10 minutes. I drove off each time…. With NO ORDER. Who owns and manages this place? JUST SORRY! Give it up and give someone else a chance. I ended up late to work and had to go to a street truck for my breakfasts! In and out! Under five minutes. Just SORRY!"

"The experience was horrible. I asked if I could get fries with no salt in the drive thru. They asked for us to move up and wait and I complied for ~15 minutes. I went in afterwards and no one asked if they could help me. I waited for 5 minutes before trying to grab someone's attention. I say trying because when I wanted to ask somebody something, they were dismissive. Another guy asked for help and they did the same. After another 2 or so minutes, I was frustrated because I see the 3 baskets of fries up and they're dumping and serving to others but I'm still waiting. I go to the car now because I'm infuriated to grab my wallet and to get a refund. I ask for the manager and the manager sent her subordinate to avoid talking to me. Now I'm really mad because she's testing my intelligence and I'm trying my hardest to not yell at anyone. I just wanted my money back at this time and instead of giving me my food knowing I'm waiting on it. They took it to my car and gave it to my wife and then told me it was in the car. The worst part, the fries was still salted. If I wasn't in a rush to go see my sick mother who had a stroke, I would have given them the food back and got my money back strictly on the service to me and the other patrons. Please talk to them about customer service because I try to be patient. I know others are not."

"Good food, manager always save the idiots working under her. I ask simple questions, like is my mobile order ready? I get reasons why my order number isn't even possible, simultaneously, the manager says my number . I ain't the smartest man ever, but it coo Vince is"

"I love my fries to be freshly cooked once I order. This place really has done a great job at honoring my request. Because a lot of other stores just acts like they're doing it. Until I give them the fries back. I've never had to do that at this one."
