"A lot of the low reviews are complaining about the wait when walking in. I have been coming to this location frequently over the last 4 years, and I always make an appointment. With an appointment, I'm always seen very promptly, and everyone there is really nice. I had to go to another location recently, and it was not a good experience. The Gilbertsville location has been the best one I've been to."

"This location is awful. As a walk-in, I was ignored for over an hour and when I asked someone if they saw my sign-in, they said they would let me know. After not being acknowledged for over 2 hours I left. I work full time and came in at 6:00am to get in and get out. Secondly, my blood work is to donate my kidney to a person in need! You should be embarrassed by the staff here!"

"My appointment was for 7:15 AM. I arrived at 7:05 AM as suggested and scanned into their system using the QR code that was sent to me via email. At 7:10 AM, I was called in and I handed the phlebotomist the paperwork my doctor gave me, my insurance card, and my ID. My blood was drawn and I was done and out the door at 7:15 AM. I will definitely return. Check in was easy, the phlebotomist was friendly and efficient, and the service was quick."

"They take appointments over walk ins regardless of what time the people come in. So even if you're there 8:30 and the next person doesn't have an appointment until 9, still taking them first. Some people aren't retired and have varied schedules. They are slow moving, as well. So takes over 10 minutes per simple draw. Go elsewhere if you can."

"If I could give them negative stars I would! We came yesterday, the staff was not seen for about an hour. So after waiting for about an hour with a child they finally came out with huge attitudes, Saying that if I didn’t have an appointment I would not be seen. Came back today with an appointment and even arrived early and yet here I sit! Have been here for about 25 min and have not seen one staff member. Glad I was here to help the old gentleman with checking in through the kiosk. I understand understaffing is an issue here but this kinda of service is just unacceptable!"
