"Our washer broke and so we had to go to a laundromat. Initially, I wasn't looking forward to going, viewing it as something that just had to be done until our washer was fixed. However, our experience at WashStop was very pleasant! It's remarkably clean; there are plenty of washers and dryers of various capacities; and the staff is very helpful, knowledgable, and pleasant. "This is an amazing place, clean, spacious, machines looking new and inexpensive at all. We went there because a bird developed a nest in our dryer vent and it is scheduled to be cleaned a couple days later. It's our first time to visit a wash dry shop like this. A lady was very kind to explain the operation there. When she learned that it's unlikely for us to revisit, she said no need for us to buy any card from them and we can just pay what it costs to dry one load of clothes. She also suggested the time we should use to dry that. It turned out just needing 30 minutes to dry the clothes which we usually put 60 minutes to dry. She said don't cook the clothes which is right. It only cost us $1.50 to dry the load in 30 minutes. Highly recommended to you."
