Northeast Pediatric Dental: Win C. Lee, DMD

"Dr Lee is a decent doctor for the almost 2 years my children have been seeing her, however today my kids were suppose to have a 6 month check up & her husband the office manager refused to see my children even with my own doing of calling and getting eligibility, I am in healthcare myself & pulled off promise showing eligibility for my children, called health partners themselves & got a reference # when he told me that wasn't good enough, I went to the office and called again with him right there he told the women on the phone he needs a paper saying eligibility reference # wasn't good enough so the lady did just that and I got a call saying "I can pay cash or reschedule" mind you my son is 3 and if you know the laws!!! legally medicaid would cover him until 4, but he still refused I then went to another dentist today at 330 like my appointment was with dr lee my kids insurance was active & they were seen, was told my daughter who is 6 has 6 cavities & 2 being over 6 months old , my kids were both seen 7/2023 which was 6 months ago... how did this happen I called the office back & the husband said she would call me after patients I didn't receive a call & I will be reporting for refusal to see my kids even with 3 different reference # directly from health partners stating active as of 1/25/24, they use a 3rd party so maybe that's why they don't get correct info!!! I also was a patient of dr reich my whole life!!! & that's why my children went there"

"My two daughters have been coming to this office since Dr. Reich has been here. My oldest is now 10 and she has been here since she was 1. I also bring my 7 year old and Dr. Lee has been exceptional. Thank you, Dr. Reich for taking care of my girls. We all hope thay you enjoy retirement. We're looking forward to seeing Dr. Lee for a long time."

"First time here today with my 1 year old and I absolutely loved it. Office is very clean. Staff are super friendly. My son got a little nervous during the cleaning but the singing from Dr. Lee and her amazingly friendly assistant had him completely distracted! He walked out cavity free and happy with his new tiny dinosaur. See you in 6 months!"

"I had a bad experience today here with my child today. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The dental assistant wasn't friendly and was very rude. I was unsure of the policy and procedures there and when I asked questions the dental assistant was rude to me and brushed me off. My daughter had got two caps placed on her adult teeth and two fillings, I was told by dental dreams that my child had one cavity on her adult tooth. Even at her first visit there I was told the same thing, but as of today I was told she has two cavities on her adult teeth. It's a lot of miscommunication in this dental office! It's extremely crowded also in the waiting room. I was asking the dental assistant questions in regards to my child exam because parents aren't allow to go in the back there with their child/children and for the dental assistant to be rude was totally inappropriate. I truly believe that white woman is racist! I will never return back to that dentist again. I also asked for my child dental records. I will take my child elsewhere! Besides I need to get a second opinion , I now don't trust this place with caring for my child teeth. After first being told she has one cavity on her adult tooth and now as of today she has two and four cavities on her baby teeth! This place treat certain patients different depending on your skin color and type of insurance you have! Run away from this place, don't let the dentist smile fool you!"

"Saying Dr. Lee and her practice is nice is an understatement. For a dentist office, it is one of the most welcoming places where children can learn to not fear the dentist. I’ve had a wonderful experience with this Dentist and the hygienists. They truly care about their patients and are very accommodating."
