Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I'm very excited and happy with this Chipotle's. My burrito is delicious and well made. They made the rice perfect, it's not sticky or hard. They put in a balanced amount of each item I asked for. They drained the beans and salsa so there's no liquid running out of the bottom. The people are friendly. The restaurant is clean. I'm having lunch on a Tuesday in January."

"This is by far the best Chipotle I’ve visited. The food is always cooked great! The staff is always so nice and friendly as well which is a huge plus. Tonight they were out of chips but the one staff member made them for me! I never had such great customer service at Chipotle. By far my favorite!"

"They didn't have ANYTHING you usually get on your bowls or burrito, out of beans, sour cream, queso, tomato's, and everything important. The employee was RUDE. I had made my order which was just chicken, rice, lettuce, Cheese and sauce because they had nothing else. After ordering dine in for 6 teens, I went back to the register to order some chips, and the worker started questioning and complaining about me not ordering it all the first time. Sir what? He did not give us an issue when our parents were there, but when they left he's service went down hill. He was rude to me and didn't want to give me my hot sauce, he kept questioning if I actually wanted it? I've never experienced something like that in all my 18 years of living. I've worked in the food service, and he was not mannerable at all. He also didn't change out the old rice...the rice was hard yall. Also The place wasn't that clean. After dinning, I spoke with other customers and they told me that they never have all the supplies. It's always like this. Dysfunctional. I thought this would be a nice addition to the waterfront, but it's a hot mess. I honestly just want my money back, we paid good money for low quality...I am not going back until they fix this situation."

"Food tasted alright, no big issues there. However, I ordered a burrito and was unable to get spicy salsa on the side (rather than on the burrito directly, not in addition to) without paying extra. I’ve ordered my burrito this way for years at chipotle locations across the country without any issues — I just don’t like my burritos drenched or soggy by the time I get home, plus some people put way too much and there is no fixing that. The poor kid working the counter was almost defensive about the fact this location had their own policy on getting the salsa on the side. Based on some of the other reviews It definitely seems this location definitely has poor ownership and/or management. Wouldn’t recommend."

"I’ve given this chipotle so many chances but it’s just not good. Didn’t check my order and got home to a cheese quesadilla made with rice instead of cheese….. customer support refused to refund even with pictures. Order is never accurate and always missing ingredients or sides. I’d recommend skipping this location all together."
