There are rodent droppings behind equipment at the bar, behind the stainless steel refrigerators and on the microwave stand. There also appears to be a grease trail from the mice around the baseboards of the room. Work with pest control professional to control rodents. Clean and sanitize all areas with rodent droppings. Clean and sanitize all areas with grease line. -Hot dog roller has food debris on it. Clean and sanitize the hot dog roller. Interior of soda guns are dirty with beverage spillage. Clean and sanitize soda guns."
