"Recently bought a Samsung washer and dryer on 1/5 and set them up on 1/7, two day old machines. Upon trying to use my dryer it seemed to have an electrical issue. Come Monday morning 1/8 We were then told that Lowe’s has a 48 hr return policy and basically we were s.o.l. And figure to figure it out ourselves. Horrible customer service and ridiculous return policies after spending 2 grand. Good thing Home Depot is around the corner."
"THEY NEED TO DELIVER THEIR OWN PRODUCTS. EVERY TIME A DELIVERY DRIVER COMES HERE THEY LEAVE BECAUSE THIS LOCATION NEVER CAN FIND THE ORDER. Y'ALL WASTE OUR TIME AND FUEL .. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANY DELIVERY SERVICE TO SUBCONTRACT WITH THIS LOCATION... YOU WILL LOSE BUSINESS AND END UP LOSING YOUR DRIVERS FROM UNPAID BLANK TRIPS"
"Was in the store on sunday august 27. 15 employes walking arount with there thumbs up there assets. NOT a lumber or flat cart in the store. And they wonder why they are loosing so much business to home depot. Once menards open their store in uniontown they may as well close this store. Their employes are pathetic !! If you are getting lumber you may as well bring your own in from the parking lot!!!!"
"Went to Lowes in Uniontown today to buy some plastic totes.... Found what we were looking for and a great deal at that. Until we get to the register and find out they are 2½ times the price. So we take the cashier( well there wasn't really a cashier because there were no human registers open even though there were lines and 2 of the self check outs were broke) back to where we got the totes off the shelf. Well 4 associates later they inform us they can not give them to us for the price on the shelf. Because their associates screwed up big time they were gonna lose to much money. Well they lost a customer for life."
