"Not a good experience. I went there for an oil change at 7:30. Found out that they open at 8 am on the door it say 7:30. First mistake then I had to wait 2 an a half hours for oil change. Oil Change does not take that long. The waiting room is a mess the carpet is very dirty. A few of the workers are not very nice I guess it is hard to find good workers. My experience at this Service department is not a good one. If it was not so far to go back to the one I bought my car in Bowie Maryland I would have but I now live here in the area. Bowie Maryland Chevy is clean the workers are very nice and respectful you get in and out at a good time. Nothing good to say about the one on Springfield Baltimore Pike.."
