"Long time customer, asked to have air in my tire. They said the hose doesn't reach that far even though they've done it many, many times before. All new people there."
"They got the job done but damaged my vehicle and didn't tell me. I found out later when looked at the light they replaced that they put a hole in my fender putting it in. And you wanna talk about condescending? They talked down to me like I was a child. I'm almost 40 and would appreciate the same respect I give out. A few of the gentlemen could use a day off so they're not in such a bad mood and ignorant to the customers. Other then that, decent place."
"Easily made an appointment online at this location. COVID precautions still in place with masks required and social distancing. Lots of people available to help. Waiting area indoors is small but comfortable. Free Wi-Fi. There are eight service bays. The person attending to me seemed a little agitated having to comply with an existing service plan but they provided the information. This person was unfamiliar with the issue and referred me to the dealership. No one else was consulted about the issue so it may be a location deficit and not the entire chain."
