"Went In to have a tire fixed, had a bad valve stem. The tech came out and asked me to come back to see my vehicle, he proceeded to show me play in my front drivers tire. This is where the mistake comes from, he tried to tell me I had play in my upper ball joint. Unknown to him that I have been rebuilding and working on vehicles since I was 8. I’m no master mechanic but when it comes to suspension and related issues I’m very well versed in how to figure out the issues and fix them myself. I politely declined him and left, I had already knew my hun assembly was getting bad, after replacing the hun assembly the tiny ammount of play was gone. My best advice is to seek a second opinion for anything they say is wrong with your vehicle if I didn’t know what I was looking at it would had cost me upwards to 1000 to fix it because the noise and play wouldn’t have ceased with an upper ball joint replacement and would have still needed a hun assembly."

"I called and asked for an oil change, they said it would be unlikely they could do it even though they had no appointments for the rest of the day, and it is 3:00 p.m. I understand the last two hours of work suck, but I also am under the impression that if your at work you should work. Very disappointed with this company."

"They said their last appointment for an oil change would be at 4 p.m. when they close at 5 p.m. If it takes an hour to change the oil for a mechanic I’d suggest not working there. That’s like me asking for a sandwich at subway and them saying it will take half an hour."

"I come down regularly for oil changes. This last time was extremely frustrating to say the least. Rotating tires,oil change and fuel filters all off lift, left me sitting for over 2 hours with my kids. Not to Mention this place has yet to fill up my DEF while is included in my premium service plan. They didn’t even check the tire pressure which is ridiculous to me if you’re rotating them. Left them under filled and now for some reason I have TPM alert that won’t go away resulting in another trip down to Tri-star to see what’s going on. Also how lazy are the. Techs to leave all my old service stickers and just slap another one on? I left with 3 on my window."
