"In short: Extremely satisfied and you should definitely go for it. Here is my story: 500 miles Lexus got bumped and all body shops including Lexus certified want to replace the fender and paint match the door, hood, front fender and A pillar. Trying to save the paint, I declined their quote and went for dent repair options. I understand my Dent is huge (20inch) and the hope is low, but Dent Repair Now is the only shop that agreed to at least try fixing my car. And Gene, the owner took the challenge himself. We were fascinated that the PPF actually saved the paint, and the result speaks for itself. (He fixed it in three days btw) Gene was kind enough to also apply a ppf on my damaged fender after inspection just so it can be protected before our scheduled appointment. "I had a very large dent on the right front fender of my wife's Camry. There was no paint damage. I Google searched Paintless Dent Repair and Dent Repair Now showed up as local to my job in Robinson Township. I am so very glad I chose them to do the work. made an appointment and Jennifer put together my estimate. My insurance company approved a comprehensive claim, but wanted to replace the fender and blend paint. Jennifer and Gene did all of the negotiating with State Farm, and fortunately convinced them to approve the full amount. I am totally amazed at the work that Gene and Dave did.
