"Lindsay Vereb was very responsive to any questions that I had throughout the process of my first home insurance claim and has been a great local agent for me and my family who have been with Allstate for much longer. Kevin Cullen was my adjuster and did an extremely thorough inspection of the issues I pointed out at my house, spending probably 5 hours getting all the information he needed for his claim. His report for the adjustments was extremely detailed, and he took a lot of time explaining the process to me, answering all of my many questions both in person and multiple times over the phone afterwards, even at odd hours. I appreciated how seriously he took the responsibility of his job, and it showed. By the end, I had a great understanding of what to expect for next steps. Once the adjustments were approved and reviewed with me, I was compensated for my expenses very quickly, which made getting those projects completed quickly much easier. I only have one complaint for the entire process, and it is not Lindsay or Kevin’s fault. Getting the initial call scheduled with the national disaster team was much more difficult than it should have been as they did not communicate well."

"I had an interview scheduled for the appointment scheduling position (remote) at 15:00 PM Buenos Aires time but it is 15:18 PM and still no one has shown up for the interview nor has the interview been cancelled. I think it is disrespectful that, if you have someone set aside time for an interview, you don't let them know that it has been cancelled or rescheduled."
