"Terrible experience, terrible service. WARNING: DONT GET VEHICLE INSPECTED HERE Wanted an extra normal key fob and they gave me one with buttons and made me pay it. -$400 Tried to get my vehicle state inspected here and they failed it due to petty issues. Such as my windshield tint. That is actually legal in PA, and then damaged the tint, leaving gashes in my windshield… -$500 Waste of money, overpriced terrible service"

"Another cruddy experience with South Hills Toyota service. I took my Rav 4 in for state inspection, an oil change and tire rotation two days ago. Now I’m getting a couple safety warnings because of issues caused by your service department. I sent text pictures of the warning to the follow up text line that was sent to me and was told they couldn’t help and gave me the extension of someone to call. When I called I got the voicemail and explained my safety concerns. Still no call back hours later. I’m leaving on Monday for a business trip and my vehicle is not safe because of you service department and can’t get a call back. This is the second bummer service appointment in a row. Been looking into a new Tacoma. These experiences are making me want to buy my next vehicle somewhere else and maybe a different brand altogether."
