“I have a Taylor GS Mini and love this guitar. It’s a full sound guitar in a smaller sized profile. About a year ago, it was having capo issues…basically going sharp all up the fretboard, rendering it to wall-hanger status. A mutual contact referred me to Randy and man am I glad i did! I’ve had the GSMini back for a little over a month and it’s back to its usable form, even played a *three hour show*, with 100% of the guitar work was on it and again, no issues. Just to add, I’ve talked to two local guitar shops who gave me excuses (short scale, humidity, not storing in the case, etc), some legit tuning and capo tips…but overall didn’t fix my concern. Randy had this addressed in three days and did it right! Need something tweaked, adjusted, or just reviewed - I 100% recommend Randy. Super cool dude who knows how to get things done.”
