"Commissioned salespeople. I asked for a straight forward answer for prices on an iPhone SE and didn't want any AppleCare or 3rd party protection. Salespeople refused to tell me the full price of the phone and insisted on giving me the monthly payments with protection plans added. Even after clarifying I just want the phone added to my current plan thy added the extra protection to my "bill summary" and explained it couldn't be taken out. It was a stressful 25 minutes spent with people that won't listen to your request for a straight answer and will belittle you for not getting a protection plan. I went to Target in greater northeast and purchased the phone later in the day spending only 15 mins start to finish. No BS No beating around the bush."
