"I felt like I was on a decorating TV show working with Diane, Carolyn and Mila. I had never used a decorator before but I knew that doing my large renovation that I would be overwhelmed and stressed making selections for a project this large. It’s not that my house is so large, but we were renovating the great room, kitchen, bar, Mudroom, 3 bath rooms, and 4 bedrooms. Plus, I don’t live in BlueBell, PA. I live in the Poconos. Diane, Carolyn and Mila met me in the Poconos at my builder’s preferred flooring place and we picked out wood flooring, bathroom and shower tile and carpeting in one short visit. (Full disclosure, I had gone there earlier one time on my own and left crying and overwhelmed). It was a relaxing experience with Diane’s team. Another day, Diane’s team met me an we picked out all of my appliances in 2 hours and a third day we went to my builder’s preferred cabinet place also in the Poconos. Plus, Diane passed on her appliance discount directly to me and did not take a cut for herself. I left each place confident in the selections that we made. My other favorite experience was when my builder asked for all of my interior colors and wanted a list asap. Diane and Carolyn had the color selections ready for me the next morning. They saved me so much stress picking them out myself and likely getting the colors wrong. They have connections with furniture stores and furniture makers that make expensive pieces for less and custom make them for your home. Finally, at the end of the renovation, they do a “Big Reveal” just like the TV shows. They had all of the furniture delivered on that day and they arranged everything. Their prices were incredibly reasonable given the results. My husband and I were thrilled with the end result. It’s been 3 weeks since our renovation is complete and we just can’t stop smiling. We are thrilled with the results. They made no mistakes. Everything they selected was perfect. Plus, these 3 are delightful to work with."

I had never used a decorator before but had heard nightmare stories about those who over-promise or are too pushy. Not so with Diane Bishop. The process was actually enjoyable--like having two nice friends gently guide me. They offered just the right nunmber of choices. Their offerings are unique, things I couldn't find in the stores or online with the end effect coordinated, muted and easy to live with, yet with a dramatic flair. "I first worked with Diane over 10 years ago, when she created a coordinated color palate for our first floor and helped to accessorize the spaces. I was considering a complete overhaul of our finished basement about two years ago, and Diane is the first person I thought of. She and her team got to work and the transformation - including a custom desk and workspace that is the best I've ever seen - is truly amazing. Based on that fantastic experience, I immediately engaged her and Carolyn to redo most of our first floor. We selected new hardwood flooring, completely redecorated the living room, and made major enhancements to the dining room, kitchen, and family room. This was all done during COVID, so we had to work through timing problems, supply shortages, and other issues, and Diane never lost her cool - even when I was ready to!
