"Much better this for sure!!! Wanted an updated winter boot. I followed the process of scanning the boot I wanted to try on and the associate was prompt and polite. He also helped me figure out what I needed. Great job. It was a bit messy inside since they were in the process of restocking and pallets of merchandise were everywhere. Prices are very competitive. I grabbed my boots for a little less than DSW and other retailers. A little better selection. Checking out was better and friendlier. Overall it was a good shopping experience this time around. Great job!!"
"I got really good service from Russ in the golf department. Otherwise I was surprised at how little interaction I got in the rest of the store. Very few customers at 11 am, lost of employees. All seemed to be focused on tasks."
"I went to two locations. First was Willow Grove Park. They were shortstaffed, and it was difficult to get help. They were neither friendly nor helpful. The inventory was low, too. I went to the Montgomeryville location, and the staff was very friendly. Steven, in bikes, was busy but was able to help two customers simultaneously with the same amount of courtesy for both. He went out of his way to help with the decision-making process and the buying process. The store was fully stocked, and the staff were all friendly and courteous."
