Gary Gigliotti, the proud proprietor of Deli on North, has over 20 years of experience in the food industry. Inspired by his father Pasquale Gigliotti's timeless advice that "people always need to eat," Gary has channeled his expertise into creating a welcoming deli that feels like home. With a background in managing renowned establishments like Dingbats, Bar Louie, Red Star, and Mario’s, Gary has finally fulfilled his dream of owning his own deli, offering a family-run atmosphere complete with recipes and support from loved ones.

At Deli on North, we pride ourselves on a diverse menu that caters to all tastes. Here are some of our specialties:

Soups:

- Wedding Soup with Breadsticks - $4.25 (12 oz)

- Soup of the Day with Breadsticks - $4.75 (12 oz)

Salads:

- Chef Salad - $7.25: Mixed greens, tomatoes, egg, turkey, ham, Swiss and American cheeses.

- Deli Cobb - $7.75: Mixed greens, chicken breast, crumbled bacon, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, sliced avocados, and blue cheese crumbles.

- Caesar Salad - $5.25 (V): Romaine lettuce, homemade croutons, parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. (Add chicken for $2 extra)

- Greek Salad - $5.50 (V): Romaine lettuce, chicken breast, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, banana peppers. (Add chicken for $2 extra)

- Big Tossed Salad - $5.50 (V): Mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, eggs, and provolone cheese.

Specialty Sandwiches:

Choose from a variety of bread options and enjoy a pickle spear on the side.

- Pasquale - $9.25: Roast beef, ham, turkey, red onions, provolone, lettuce, tomato, Colby cheese, and the Deli’s special sauce.

- Marie - $8.75: Pastrami, Swiss cheese, coleslaw, and deli sauce on rye bread. Served hot or cold.

- Muffaletta - $8.75: Genoa salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, and homemade olive spread on sliced focaccia.

- Homemade Tuna, Egg, or Chicken Salad - $8.75: The Deli’s homemade chicken, egg, or tuna salad (my mom’s secret recipe).

- Pepper & Egg - $8.75 (V): Scrambled eggs with red & green peppers on a 6” hoagie roll served with lettuce, tomato, provolone, and mayo.

Paninis:

Our paninis are served hot and toasted to perfection.

- Avocado Blue - $8.75: Oven-roasted turkey, blue cheese crumbles, bacon, avocado pesto, and honey mustard.

- Chicken Pesto - $8.50: Roasted chicken breast, provolone cheese, green pesto sauce.

- Spicy Chicken - $8.50: Chipotle chicken, chipotle gouda, pineapple mayo.

- Brisket Sandwich - $9.75: Mesquite smokehouse brisket with BBQ sauce, coleslaw, cheddar cheese on Italian bread.

Hoagies:

Available in 6" or 12” Italian rolls.

- Tutti - $8.75/$12.00: An Italian sub with generous amounts of Genoa salami, capicola, ham, pepperoni, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, roasted red pepper, black olives, and the Deli’s signature oil.

- American - $8.75/$11.00: Piles of ham and turkey, American cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

Wraps:

- Chicken Caesar Wrap - $8.50: Chicken breast, crispy romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese in a flour tortilla.

- Turkey & Smoked Gouda Wrap - $8.75: Turkey, cranberries, romaine lettuce, and sweet potato mayo.

- Buffalo Chicken Wrap - $8.75: Buffalo chicken breast, blue cheese crumbles, lettuce and tomato, ranch dressing, and hot sauce in a flour tortilla.

Catering:

We offer a comprehensive catering menu, perfect for any event. Please allow 24-hour notice for all catering orders. A 15% service fee and a 15% minimum gratuity will be added.
