"I usually have wonderful experiences here and have been a customer for nearly a year, however, I am disappointed about my most recent visit. I came in for a Brazilian and it is usually done to completion (external and cheek region) aside from a few stray hairs which is completely understandable considering hair growth cycles! However, I was only waxed on my external area. When my session was done, I asked about my (cheek region) because I wasn’t asked to change my position like I usually am when I get waxed. I was assured by the young lady that the area was reached. Upon checking after leaving, the area was not touched at all. And this wasn’t part of the region where I was told I’d have some hair remaining due to my growth pattern. If things have changed and only the external is waxed for a Brazilian at this location, I understand, I’d just like to know because this was different from every other time I’ve gotten a Brazilian here"
