"My husband, Toddler and I went to find a new mattress as an upgrade from our old one. We walked in on Friday and were greeted at the door by Eric, who was an absolute delight! He took us through everything, answered every question and placed absolutely no pressure on us to buy. And he gave our toddler a tiny sample mattress that she loves to use for her toys, she was a big fan of Eric after that. He even let us know that the following day the pillows would be on sale, if we wanted to come back. So we got all of the information, picked out our mattress and returned on Saturday. This time Dewey greeted us and was another absolute delight. He got us all set and ready for the buy, and then Eric came in for his shift and he handed us back to him. Laura (I think is her name, I apologize if I’m incorrect) ended up having to go to the back and grab us pillows twice, then decided we deserved a cuter box and went back a third time to get another set. Again, just incredible customer service. Conner, who has the coolest earrings, gave our toddler another mattress sample which was really sweet. 10/10 would buy from them again. The mattresses and pillows are incredible, the comfort is real! Again, 10/10 would buy again. They also offer various discounts and are amazing about informing you of them. They do Affirm financing if you’re not ready to drop 3-6k at once with 0% APR. If you are in the market for a new mattress, I 100% recommend heading to the Purple show room at KOP Mall."
