"I love Dr. Cooper, and when he left the practice no one informed me. He was doing my pain management, and they left me hanging by saying I need to establish another PCP. I would have had to wait 4 months for that. They would not call in my medications at that time."
"They claim Dr Cooper was on medical leave and never came back and they don't know where he went. He was a good doctor and if he didn't have an answer for you then he would send you to a specialist and communicate with them. He was on the ball ! In my opinion he probably resigned because of the horrible office staff and his colleagues not attending to his patients like they should, because I'm sure Dr Cooper would care for their patients as if they were his own patients. Sorry to see him go, Now What?!"
"Very rude and unprofessional staff. They canceled our appointment without being asked and then gave the appointment to someone else within an hour. I recommend avoiding Dr Burke and his assistant Kim, and some manager in the office called Ashley."
"Dr. Syeda is an excellent physician. She is very knowledgeable and considerate. She allows time to answer all questions. I highly recommend her. I've had great experiences from the employees who checked me in to the employees who take my vitals. Great experience all the way around. I've had excellent experiences with PA's McCormick and Brown. They are very attentive and I never feel rushed. Great job."
