"I was really excited to go to SGF but have learned I made a big mistake. Dr B is great and a huge support, but sadly that's not the only person you deal with. Here are my complaints: Everything takes so long - I feel I wasted months there. They stimmed me for too long resulting in very few eggs (several drs outside SGF confirmed they stimmed me too long). They messed up my medicine protocol, thankfully I have been doing this for a while that I caught it and let them know. After my transfer failing, I didn't receive a call from the dr - the nurse said I need to make an appointment with her instead (also, appointments are like a month out). I told them I couldn't be on Birth Control as it suppressed my system - they told me it was necessary for a transfer - well surprise my transfer had to be delayed because my system was suppressed. Some staff are so nice, some - not so much. In addition, I am still waiting for a refund (going on months now)."

"If I could just interact with Dr.B this experience would be great. Her office staff is rude, lacking knowledge and empathy. Always put on long holds when I call and not helpful. Just called to find out why no one has answered my message after a week and was told they don’t have that I called. Absolutely ridiculous! I asked to speak to a patient relations representative and was told I could speak to my nurse. The dr they recommended for my husband literally forgot about us for 3 months even with several calls to his office. Very bad communication and we certainly don’t feel cared for given this bad experience."
