"The service tech is very knowledgable and professional. No complaints there... the work was done very well. My complaint is the PRICE. I had a very simple job... find the correct wire in the basement, cut into that wire where I needed a outlet plug, and install an electical outlet box, one outlet, and cover (see outlet beside small water heater). 1 hour total labor time. My bill, with 15% member discount, was $418. I am sorry but I cannot recommend such high-priced service for such simple work."

"Our heater stopped working on the coldest night of the year, of course. I called Harris the next morning and the only good thing I have to say is that they did come the same day. The technician was friendly and professional but these chain name companies are all the same. They train their employees to use scare tactics to get their customers to buy services that aren’t necessary. I was charged $573 for them to install a part (ignition switch) that costs $25 to buy and he installed it in less than ten minutes, this is outrageous. I looked up how much this service should cost and found that I should have been billed from $100 to $350, max. He tried to get me to replace the motor at a cost of an additional $1800. That part costs less than $100!! The motor is working fine and my unit is less than 10 years old so I didn’t schedule that overpriced service. These chains are all the same, they talk you into purchasing their yearly maintenance contracts by offering 15 percent off your current service, and they have you over a barrel, it costs $100 just for them to walk in your door and a scared homeowner who doesn’t understand the workings of their furnace will agree to almost any price to get their house warmed again. It is unscrupulous but unfortunately, it’s legal, albeit immoral. My husband is a disabled Army veteran and I am also disabled, we certainly didn’t expect to be taken advantage of by this company. Needless to say we won’t be using their services again and recommend that anyone needing service look for a local company not affiliated with these chains."

"Corey arrived on time and was friendly and professional from the start. He was able to fix the issue with our heater and gave us tips to have our heating system to run more efficient. I would definitely recommend Corey to any friends or family members that require service for their heating and or AC systems."

"I got three mini splits put into my house. It took about 10 hours. The guys were great and friendly. As for the actual work done , they had to cut a hole in my wall so now I have to find someone to do drywall repair and pay for that out of pocket, and one of my splits is crooked , which bothers me just cause of OCD , it works perfectly, and there's a hole in my house on the outside. Idk why . I am glad I got them installed cause they are wonderful but I am annoyed that there is a hole in my wall so over all , the equipment is great , the aftermath... not so much. Probably would not use Harris again"
