"Absolutely horrible service. We pulled up to the drive thru nothing no service no one speaking to us, tried to walk into the facility doors were all locked but all workers were seen just fooling around in the main dining area and kitchen. Even after we tried to pull up through the drive thru and see if they’d be at the windows, we were completely ignored by the workers while clearly seeing them just hanging out. Awfully managed facility."
"If you want to wait 15-20 minutes for FAST food this is the place to go. Sometimes they even surprise you and give you someone else's order instead of your own."
"Two of us stop here for lunch on our way home from an appointment. It is a stand alone facility located off a busy highway in a shopping mall. We arrived at a very busy time and the place was buzzing! We placed our order with the mobile app and requested table service. While waiting for our food we noticed that the crew was doing all they could to keep up with the activity. They were hustling! When our food did arrive we noticed that the tray had two empty cups, no straws, no napkins. So we had to get up and get these items for ourselves. So, what is table service? Both of our food items were hot, tasty, and seemed freshly prepared."
"Just got breakfast and it’s ice cold, cheese wasn’t even melted. My friend and I each got medium size drinks as you can see from the picture this is clearly not medium. Heated up the egg McMuffin and it’s gross. I have never had a more disgusting egg McMuffin"
"The person taking my order was a bit hard to understand. Big Mac was pretty good. Hadn’t had one in a while so can’t really compare it to anything. Nuggets were fine."
