"The building is very run down. Stayed there last night December 11/23. The heat wasn't working so we put our clothes on over our jammies. The walls are paper thin heard the people next door all night long literally! The breakfast was basic. The employee at the front desk came from down the hall in a T-shirt and honestly looked like men's short pajamas! Save your money and stay elsewhere."

"This has been the worst service I have ever encountered. The lady at the front desk would not get off her personal cell phone to assist with an issue I had with the invoice. I was supposed to be tax exempt and I was not. I asked her nicely to fix this instead she went ahead and added more taxes in the form of other taxes. She was saying this would refund the taxes to my card. However at the bottom of the folio I now had a balance that was due. No money was refunded back to me and instead I was charged more money. I complained again about how this is incorrect. She argued with started yelling at me. She then did something on the computer to charge me a guest refund but now it doubled the balance due. She was blaming me as if it was my fault that she kept adding charges to the invoice. By the end of it I had a balance due of $54.82. I asked if she could just delete the additional charges and she argued and yelled at me saying that it would be refunded. This is blatant disregard and illegal to just add charges to someones folio. I want this corrected and I suggest she is fired. There is no excuse for this disregard and disrespect."

"We have been coming here my son plays Allegheny. We have had minor issues but nothing ever ever bad. Rooms are clean very well 1st floor remodeled rooms. Yesterday staff was incredible and owner too. It was a busy weekend for them due to college functions. Remember staff is hard to find. They were running crazy. Cut them slack. For a good price worth it!"

"I did not even get a chance to see this hotel in person, but I called inquiring about a potential stay for my workers . I asked about the poor reviews and if I should be concerned about them and the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. I simply asked if the rooms were clean and up to decent standards and she replied "well, considering that your guys are working they absolutely will not be getting any rooms with anything clean in them, I don't trust any of you to treat anything respectfully." I feel like this should say a LOT about the hotel. Not only on their very poor and judgmental customer service, but obviously the reviews are not to be taken lightly since their staff agree that the rooms and hotel are not up to standards. definitely pick a different hotel for any business or personal reasons."

"Gone so far downhill! Just nasty. This is the first time in my life I've ever had to complain about a hotel. First room had pubic hairs and poop in the toilet. Filthy place. I am so nervous I could have gotten bugs. Nothing worked. Couldn't shower, AC stayed at 60 and would not function any other way. Used to be a nice place to stay. What happened?"
