"Recently bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado from this dealership. I came all the from South Carolina, and they said it was inspected, everything is good! Drove the truck off the lot and by time we got to West Virginia, we found out the transmission is bad. Couldn't contact dealer since they close early on Saturday, and then the salesman was on vacation and I had to wait til he came back. One minute they couldn't do anything for me, then they was willing to fix the transmission. Then they wanted to split the cost with me, I told them I was going to return the vehicle. They said okay, then 2 hours later, called me and said that I can't return it. I'm currently working an attorney and with Brian, who works for corporate with GM in Flint Michigan. Don't let this happen to you, make dealership honor their words!"
