"If you don't have perfect credit, you're wasting your time by coming here. Yesterday was our second and last time trying to buy a car from here. They never even try to work with my husband and I. The last time they told us we couldn't get a loan we went to a car dealership in Monroeville the very next day and had absolutely no issues with getting a loan and a car. This time we were looking to trade our SUV in for something smaller, but like always it was just a waste of our time. Also, just like last time they told us it doesn't matter what car dealership we go to, nobody will work with us. What a joke, clearly another car dealership worked with us the last time they said that. They always seem to have an issue with my husband's credit when he has literally never been late on a car payment or any other payment. I'm pretty certain if we would have went somewhere else we wouldn't have had any issues. We won't be making the same mistake by coming back another time."

"Justin changed a heater core and clicking climate control motor in my 1998 Ford Taurus for $1001, or so. I was once told it could cost $1500 to do one. That way the heater will keep the driver warm to hot in the winter time."
