"Would never recommend this place! There’s suspicious stains on the couch, TVs have faded screens. Broken handle on 2 dresser drawers. Breakfast was awful. Pool wasn’t filtered, had hair clumps floating around and atmosphere was cold! Had to put up $100 for incidentals, the refunded $75 claiming I took a pillow! Pillows that suck! Spoke to the rudest woman Marilyn who claimed to be a manager who couldn’t keep her story straight and refused to allow me to speak to anyone else. She was yelling and claimed Choice just inspected the room, last week, with all those issues? Choice standards have fallen. Refused to check video to see I walked out with child’s suitcase backpack and small gym bag from 1 night stay"
"This was one of the most uncomfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. I usually try to keep my reviews quite positive, but this was just bad. The pillows, I think, were the worst part. They kind of ruined my experience. The service wasn't terrible, but it was just overall an uncomfortable stay. It was also quite dirty"
"We paid 100 or more dollars. The bed is hard. The pool was green. The room smelled like dead pigs. Didn't make the bed right. On the door it has a big crack at the bottom where people could look under the crack and see you. This hotel could have been better"
"Fair warning!!! Trash of an establishment. Only rented the rooms so we didn't have to drive 4 hours back home in one shot. Pre-paid but were still expected to pony up $100 per room (3) for "incidentals". Rooms smelled and beds were lumpy, carpets were stained and furniture was full of burn holes, lamp shades had something sticky on them. Staff was extremely rude and seemed so put out when we checked in, asked questions or had issues about the charges 3 weeks later. There has to be a better place. Fair warning."
"I am paying for a room, but not staying in the room. It was that dirty, so I took my family to another hotel. Every corner of the floor harbored accumulated detritus. There was a large item on the floor that would have required picking up by the cleaning staff. On the bright side, the front desk staff was polite; I hope she can find another job at a better property."
