"This location is great! The manager Paula was very clear and accurate with the wait time. She answered all my questions and was very sweet. There was a customer after me who was giving a bit of a challenge and she was just so professional and clear and took the time to explain everything to them. I was really happy with the service here. It is out of my way but the pep boys by me was too busy today, but I will come straight here next time because it was a really smooth experience and they did a great job."

"Very poor service. Not everything was completed that I had paid for - had to go back for them to complete the job. Now having issues with my car that I never had previously. I've only taken my car to Pep Boys to have it serviced, since I got my car, I do NOT recommend taking it to this location. I went to the North Broad St. Location in Philadelphia, due to the convenience - looks like I'll be driving further to get my car serviced - if I continue going to Pep Boys at all."

"I would rate 0 stars if I could. I was actually impressed by how bad this place was. Don’t come here. The first time I took my car to this place, for a tire and an inspection, I was strung along for over a month over having my car inspected. The inspector decided to only inspect HALF of the car, call out early, and then not show up for the weekend. The shop called to tell me my car was ready, and only when I showed up to pick it up did they realize it wasn’t fully inspected. But I still had to pay the full price! They told me to bring the car back for a full inspection, and that they couldn’t give me the sticker until I had it fully inspected. I asked for a refund but supposedly they also couldn’t do that. I have a very busy work schedule - I had to make an additional appointment to get the inspection done from the first appointment. On the second time I visited, for another tire, they called to tell me my car was done - on arriving to the store, nobody is even at the front desk. One of the repair workers is babysitting the front while the insurance writers are gone, for an unknown amount of time. When I asked how long it would be, I got a shrug and estimate of half an hour. Like, is my car ready or not?? Why did I come all the way over here just to wait another half hour for the employees to mosey on back in? These people make it feel like my car is a hostage."

"Worst place ever; if you don't care about your life or personal safety in your vehicle you can go there; they have no idea what they're doing and not only that they also think they're the best!! Kept my car for 2 nights; refused to get it out for 3 tow trucks that I called! I even tried to call and emailed corporate to report the Akeem Davis guy who thinks he owns the store "Took advantage of a dead and stranded car quoting me $2700 for an alternator and battery same job being done for $950 at local repair shop" And charged me $120 for doing nothing; waste of time STAY AWAY!"

"This place is horrible! I brought my car in, they didn’t know how to do the alignment on it or adjust camber… some mechanics huh. Also they told me they would be open until 7, when I came at 6:45 they were closed with no one to reach and I couldn’t get my car back. Wasted my time. They also parked my car against the curb scraping up my new rims and damaging tires, I’m going to need to submit a insurance claim."
