"I believe Jt tried to take advantage of my car and myself. I was referred to the business and decided to give this location a shot because of the reviews I saw. Initially I was happy with the service, everything seemed professional. I had requested specific things to be looked into because of a sounds I was hearing, needed the car to be checked for inspection, and the car needed fluid change. I was contacted the next day and everything was still on the professional end. But the car was never drove around to hear the possible sounds to the issue and no fluid change. I asked if he could make sure that was done before I came back for the car. So four days later I recieve a call back about a issue with my car overheating. I was told that my radiator was cracked and was causing the overheating issue. My car was taken for a ride and started overheating I was told it was near the expressway. It was actually going to be taken onto the expressway. But because it overheated just before it was taken back to the shop. Now to fix this issue the radiator had to be replaced. The price the replacement was at was higher than I wanted and I wasn't even sure what brand it was, new or used, but at that point I wanted the car back. I was cashed out for the labor already done. Now this is where I begin to have a issue, 1. My battery is drained down to the point that the light appeared on the dash. 2. I blew the A/C in the car plenty before taking the car to shop and the day of getting there. I understand that it could've just been the borrowed time. 3. Another mechanic and I go under the hood to inspect the radiator. There was a slight bend in the body's middle right side. The clip that you screw the fan to the radiator was actually broken off. And there was about a cup of coolant in the radiator and reservoir was half way. So I live maybe 15 miles away from the shop and it didn't start overheating until I was 5 miles away from my house the day I came and got the car back. I would've been driving on that empty radiator just as when it was almost taken onto the expressway. I don't understand how you checked the car but you didn't look to check the fluid levels? Why did my battery die? Did you intentionally not specifically refer to where the crack was? Because a radiator and radiator fan are two different things. I replaced the radiator anyway because i wanted a better one than the stock one in the car."
