FNCB Bank

"This is the most incompetent bank I've ever had to deal with, worse than Ally(and I dealt with them twice). Had a car loan through FNCB since 2017, only at the beginning did I ever receive anything from them(email or postal) to show my statement balance. Tried to set up online, but they didn't do that for people who only have a car loan. Called up today and ask for an account number and they won't do it over the phone so I can reference it on my check that I will be sending them to get out from under their greediness. Yeah, someone wants my account number on a car loan, to steal? What kind of thinking is that? I would never deal with this bank ever again. Give a credit union your money, not some rich CEO(I know mine isn't worth over $1 million) who probably has several houses and cars. I don't know why you couldn't provide me with a number(not my SS#) so you don't return the check to me when you can't figure out what it's for. I won't be paying more than what my 10 day payoff is. You'll get it in pennies if I have any more issues."

And the thing I appreciate most is that they are not helpful because I have big bucks in my account. Believe me they're accommodating, and so pleasant to talk to. I could go on, just saying, they take care of the little people too."
