Dr. Hogan is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and serves as the David Silver Professor and Chair of the UPMC Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. He holds multiple key roles at UPMC, including chief of foot and ankle surgery, vice chair of education, and residency program director.
