"Was charged $100 for a towel that I did not take. Management refused to reimburse. While I understand how you have policies to double check the rooms. I asked to have the footage reviewed to prove that no towels were taken. I came with a red travel bag & small plastic bag for change of clothes. Neither would have room to hide a towel if I wanted to take one."

"I can't say enough wonderful things about the Staff. Kristine & Tiffany went above and beyond to make my stay in "good old New Castle", so wonderful. They treated me like family and I couldn't tell you how much I appreciated it. They helped out and gave me a vase for my flowers for my sick friend, they held my food that i bought at the Strip District in there freezer, they couldn't of been sweeter. As a Lady traveling alone, they were so wonderful to me. Every local Hotel should be trained by these gals."

"Everything was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, fast wifi and SUPER, piping hot HOT WATER!!!! You'd be surprised how hard that is to come by. I'm a bath guy. I need smoke coming out of the faucet. I want a bit of pain. Quality Inn delivered on that regard. Also pet friendly. Hope to be back"

"We attend horse shows here in New Castle, this was the first time we stayed at this hotel! I was extremely impressed by the cleanness of the hotel, we have stayed at others in the area and they’re Not clean! When you walk into the front lobby they have in scents that make you feel like you’re home! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful!!! The breakfast has been well stocked and decent for a hotel! The parking lot is well lit for those traveling alone, the area is also nice and safe."
