"0 Stars ! Everything is a lie. This is absolutely NOT a good community to raise your family in. In fact, most of the tenants are mental health patients or on section 8. The pest problems are ridiculously insane. They will tell you to have someone come out who sprays something you can easily get yourself in a few spot and doesn’t even treat the whole unit. The damn mice are IN THE WALLS. They need to get in the walls to do something about those mice. People leave their cigarettes everywhere and their partnership they have with the program for the patients intruded on people who have to pay everything themselves, no section 8 and no other subsidy. My advice is if you aren’t a voucher receiver, to find something of much higher quality. This place looks like it’s from the 1970s. It’s many nicer communities in the Northeast. Save yourself."

"The only Section 8 housing in Somerton that I know of and a dumpy one at that. The kicker is, to apply for an apartment, they require a $50 application fee! If you're on Housing assistance, you obviously can't afford $50 to submit an application... Get real!!!"

"Living in Haldeman Apts is like having an apt on friends hospitals property. There are mental health programs inside the property and their clients hang out on the front step and beg for stuff. They smoke crack on the steps and in the hallway. Management does nothing about it."

"This places sucks or any place that is from liss property. Costumer service sucks, you call them and they are rude. They argue with you and treat you like your a nobody. I been here almost 7 years nd at first it was ok but now it suck. they accepting sesion 8 so is ghetto, if you want to be in a place like that for that just move to north philly. Rent goes up 20 or 25 dollars every year cause of how they say taxes and stuff to fix anything is going up but first of all you call them that you have a problem in your apartment and they dont fix nothing, It takes for ever for them to anything. You'll get frustrated and tried to fix whatever it is your self waiting on them. No security once so ever, some of the apartment they have been broke into. People go in and out and you dont even know where they from, people smoking weed around and thats what you'll smell a lot. And the place is not cheap to be so ghetto. If you want to be in this situation and dealing with all dealing with all that bs well this is the place for you."
