The Saltz Dental Center

"I went to the Saltz dentistry yesterday and I can't stop thinking about how unsanitary it was. My immune system can't afford to get sick but my jaw was in so much pain I tried to ignore some of the things I saw. Not once did they offer me mouthwash after touching in my mouth. The technician sneezed in the direction of the tools she was using, she was wearing a mask but everything behind her probably got sprayed with some of her germs. They go back and forth using the mouse to take pictures of your teeth while also touching a device that they put in your mouth. They also touch the light above your head and don't bother to sanitize their hands. The device they used in my mouth was simply dropped behind the laptop sitting on the counter exposed to all the germs including her sneezing. I've never felt so upset by a medical facility but I was in so much pain I couldn't afford to get into arguments about what was going on. It also appeared that the device they put in my mouth was used in other people's mouth so all they did was cover it with plastic. And there was no indication that they even sanitize the device before putting it into the plastic. Now I got to watch my immune system for four days after visiting the place. I'm really upset about this! Thankfully I was able to get my prescription for the infection in my mouth but let's pray that I don't die of some other disease coming from that clinic. I only went there because it was the closest dentistry and the only one open on the weekends. I'm not going back!"

"Service was ok. The old white doctor is very rude though, people with hearing problems can't visit here, he will roll his eyes if you can't understand what he's saying, and he won't take his mask off for a second so you could understand so, all the other staff and services are great! But the old man needs to retire if his patience and professionalism is no longer working well for him."

I tend to let things roll off like water on a duck. BUT ! this business here,Rudest,Most Unprofessional staff ive ever experienced In My Life. Only A Few Chicago Mcdonalds Would compare. Drove My Wife Here For Tooth Pain, Whole lot of attitude and Snickering,Giggling. Entire Place had an off Vibe, We Should Have Left then, But the Thought of Tooth Pain being resolved made her stay. Place was filled with attitude. As if no one wanted to be there. When she pulled out her insurance card the recptionist showed the manager,and the manager in a loud voice made comments on why my wife would even come there,DoNot Let People With attitude do anything for you. Prepare Your food,Work On your car, DEFINITELY NOT WORK ON YOUR MOUTH. Any Reply By the Company is Damage control. Terrible Customer Service."

"Horrible practice. They seem to charge whatever they want for dental work here. Although they are supposed to make an agreement with insurance companies on prices for the work. I am new to the area and set up an appointment and waited 3 hours to be told my co-pay would be$269 for 2 extractions. I've had extractions before and my insurance copay is$20. For some odd reason with these people it was$269. 0/10 would not recommend"

"From the very 1st phone call, everything was great. The lady gave me perfect directions to the building and the free parking lot. I had to get an extraction and was extremely nervous. Dr Mike Peyton made sure I was comfortable before he did anything. I mean I was having a full blown panic attack in there and he calmed me right down! Then easily and quickly wiggled my tooth out as if it has not been in my gums for years lol. Very knowledgeable staff. Overall great experience and will recommend to anyone! Also, affordable!"
