"If at all possible tell mark in a high pitched voice. W establishment."
"We were mistakenly recommended to this place. When we went to intake the coordinator was in there. Without knowing any real background he goes on about consequences for my son's behaviors that haven't even happened yet. And how he's just being "upfront" with us. He was rude and his actions were unprofessional. If you do not know a child's specific disabilities, you do not immediately approach them in an accusatory manner. He had a brief summary of the story and acted on it in an unacceptable manner. There are far better ways to approach these situations. As a coordinator, he should know them. We wasted an hour, and my son left there upset. In my opinion, this man should not be around children with disabilities. We went there looking for help. The only person there that seemed to actually try was the guy who was learning to do intake."
