"I have been a customer from when Janet Muller owned this office. Recently I purchased a replacement car that had a “R” branded title and was told by Bob that Allstate would not insure it. He failed to provide Any documentation after I added the car myself through the app he told me that the car was not covered. Oddly Allstate showed it on my policy and had no problems with the vin number. From then on he was forceful and rude about my car being on this policy. I fired them today. Unprofessional, would not show me where in my policy or otherwise in writing what the problem was. Just his opinion was law. I did speak with another agent from Allstate at a different location and he felt that it would not be a problem as long as the coverage was liability and property damge(no comp/collision). Which is the coverage that I wanted. Good riddance, stay away. You will be served better elsewhere"

"I’ve been using Allstate for a pretty long time now. My biggest issue with them is that prices go up very suddenly in significant amounts. They never told me they’re going up, I just see it on my bill. The price is starting to get high, so I will start looking into other companies"
