"The team is so nice and so welcoming to a new customer. Actually a customer returning after 30 years. Went to them in college. They do impeccable work at a fair price. This type of artisan craftsmanship is not cheap, but it is absolutely worth it to maintain shoes and leather goods. There are fewer and fewer craftsmen performing these types of repairs. My man just retired. We are lucky to have Rossi in the greater Philadelphia area."

".... Going here is like visiting an art gallery. This is a family owned business that has old- world pride in their craft, and service.They treat their customers and their customers' needs as if they were family , delivering quality workmanship and fair reasonable pricing.If I lived in another part of the country, I would mail my " leather needs" to them. ( They do mail services). Luckily, it is only a 45 minute drive- and so worth it... love the personal family-like customer treatment and treatment of renewal for all leather needs."
