If they missed a call by us they called back within 15 minutes, we had a mixed up date situation and didn’t realize until an hour before we were supposed to get the inflatable and they were able to get it to us within the hour. The delivery was smooth and the man who delivered it was extremely kind and answered any question we had!"

We narrowed it down to the Purple Slide and we ended up using it with the water. Delivery time was met. Set up was fast. The slide was clean, shiny and functioned perfectly. This slide entertained about 15 kids from ages 4-18 for 5 hours straight! Absolutely perfect experience - highly recommend using this company."

Not only was it the most reasonably priced but the whole process was super easy and everyone including the delivery and set up team were great to work with! It was a huge hit at the party. "I planned a birthday on very short notice at the very last minute. On a whim, I decided that a bouncy house would be a fun addition to the party. So, I crossed my fingers and called United Inflatable Rides on a Friday evening at what would be considered by most to be the end of the work day. They answered the phone and were extremely friendly even when I asked if they could accommodate a bouncy house rental for the very next day. To my surprise, they were able to accommodate! The very next day, two young men arrived (well before the scheduled party time) to install the ride. Installation was smooth, efficient and professional. The bouncy house was very clean and staked to the ground for safety. Just over 24 hours later, another crew came to pick up the inflatable and had the same professional demeanor. My son and our guests were absolutely thrilled with this last minute addition to the birthday party and got in hours upon hours of bouncing excitement. United Inflatable Rides couldn't have been more accommodating, professional, organized and courteous! The rental price was fair. I will be renting from United Inflatable Rides in the future and recommending them to all who have inflatable ride rental needs!"

"Brad and Chance dropped off our obstacle course and dunk tank. They were both very friendly and extremely helpful. Communication with this company was fantastic!! Kept in touch with us via email and called me the morning of delivery to let me know an estimated time of their arrival so I wasn't sitting there waiting for the delivery. Our kids had a blast and I highly recommend United Inflatable Rides and I will be sure to use them again the future!"
