"Great selection of pet food and usually my go-to pet store for all my pet’s needs. Today I was disheartened by the lack of care given to the cats up for adoption. It was truly disgusting. Food and water bowls that looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a month. Litter every and a foul smell throughout the store. You are doing these cats an injustice. No one wants to adopt a filthy cat. Surrender them to a facility that can provide better care."
